Sauna Sessions

Sauna Sessions offers a unique experience that merges the restorative power of saunas with the vibrancy of live events and cultural programming.  We are designing a venue that goes beyond traditional theatre spaces and embraces the idea of placemaking—activating spaces in meaningful ways that bring people together for shared cultural experiences.

That’s our dream for Sauna Sessions. A sauna that is also a theatre. You can go there with your mates. Or on a date. Or alone for some quality you time. Cool stuff happens there to entertain you and keep you healthy at the same time.

Sometimes we crank up the heat to get you sweating. It’s great for detox, weight loss, improved circulation, immunity, anti-aging, skin regeneration. Sometimes we turn the heat down a bit so it’s cosy but not too hot while we put on a movie or a comedian to entertain you.

Hot culture. Good for the heart, good for the mind, good for the soul.

Sauna Sessions is a new project we are working on with the theatre director James Grieve. We have previously collaborated on multiple award-winning shows for theatres and opera houses across the UK and internationally and created Roundabout – the world’s first pop-up, plug-and-play theatre.
